(AMÖ), Bundesverband Wirtschaft, Verkehr und Logistik (BWVL), Deutschen Industrie- und Handelskammertag (DIHK), Deutschen Speditions- und Logistikverband (DSLV) und Handelsverband Deutschland (HDE). Diese Empfehlung ist unverbindlich. Es bleibt den Vertragsparteien unbenommen, vom Inhalt dieser Empfehlung abweichende Vereinbarungen zu treffen.

The German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions 2017 (Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteurbedingungen 2017 – ADSp 2017) are recommended for use as of January 1, 2017 by the Federation of German Industries (BDI), the Federation of German Wholesale, Foreign Trade and Services (BGA), the Federal Association of Road Haulage, Logistics and Disposal (BGL), the Federal Association of Furniture Forwarders and Logistics (AMÖ), the Federal Association of Transport and Logistics in Industry and Trade (BWVL), the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DIHK), the German Association for Freight Forwarding and Logistics (DSLV) and the Confederation of German Retail (HDE). This advice is non-binding and the contract parties are free to make agreements that deviate from the contents of this recommendation

Air Waybill – Conditions of Contract
If the carriage involves an ultimate destination or stops in a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal may be applicable and in most cases limit the liability of the Carrier in respect to loss of, damage or delay to cargo .Depending on the applicable regime, and unless a higher value is declared, liability of the Carrier may be limited to 17 Special Drawing Rights per kilogram or 250 French gold francs per kilogram, converted into national currency under applicable law. Carrier will treat 250 French gold francs to be the conversion of special Drawing Rights unless greater amount is specified in the Carrier's conditions of carriage.
